1. Order Processing Time
We process orders within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times across India:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, or external factors.
3. Shipping Charges

- A standard shipping charge applies for all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. Use this link to monitor the delivery status of your order.
5. Packaging & Safety
All GlowFinder products are carefully packed using protective materials such as bubble wrap and sturdy outer boxes to ensure safe delivery.
6. Undeliverable Orders
Your order may be marked undeliverable if:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
- The courier is unable to reach you
- Multiple delivery attempts fail
In such cases, our support team will contact you for assistance.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond normal timeframes or appears lost, please contact us with your Order ID. We will follow up with the courier partner and provide an update.
8. International Shipping
At this time, GlowFinder ships only within India. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
9. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, follow our Return & Refund Policy and submit an unboxing video and photos within the required timeline.
