Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from GlowFinder, operated by Finder-Pharma Private Limited. We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are issued in specific situations described below.

1. When refunds are issued

We will consider issuing a refund in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged or leaking on arrival.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (different item than ordered).
  • The product is defective due to manufacturing faults.
  • The order was not delivered (lost in transit) and the courier confirms loss.

2. Timeframe to request a refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund except in exceptional cases as decided by our support team.

3. Required documentation

To process a refund we require the following:

  • Order ID / Invoice number.
  • Clear photos showing the packaging and product condition (close-ups of damage, leakage, or wrong item).
  • An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the product condition (mandatory for damaged / leaked claims).
  • A short description of the issue and contact details.

4. How to submit a refund request

  1. Email support@glowfinder.info with your Order ID, photos, and the unboxing video.
  2. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through next steps.
  3. We will validate the claim with the courier (if needed) and notify you about approval or any additional information required.

5. Refund approval & options

After validating your claim, GlowFinder will:

  • Offer a replacement item if stock is available (preferred option).
  • If a replacement is not available or you choose not to accept a replacement, we will issue a refund.

6. Refund method & processing time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card/wallet) — usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide bank details (account name, account number, IFSC) to process the refund. COD refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Shipping charges & refund amount

If the refund is approved due to our error (wrong / damaged / defective item), we will refund the full order amount including standard shipping charges (if any). If the refund request is due to reasons not caused by GlowFinder (for example, customer provided incorrect address), additional shipping costs or deductions may apply.

8. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • A portion of the order is missing and the rest is accepted.
  • Product is returned without original packaging or missing accessories (subject to assessment).

9. Return shipping

If a return is required, GlowFinder will either arrange a reverse pickup at no charge (for claims due to our error) or instruct you to courier the item back. If return shipping is chargeable and we agree to reimburse, we will refund the shipping cost after verifying the receipt.

10. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Opened or used products unless they were delivered damaged or defective.
  • Products without original packaging, seals, or labels (unless damaged during transit).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.
  • Claims filed after the 48-hour window (except in special cases at our discretion).

11. Disputes & escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please reply to the support email thread or write to support@glowfinder.in with details and we will escalate your case to our refunds team for further review.
